Appearances page

This page is used to:

• Customize the appearance of visual elements in a pivot grid
• Save and load appearance templates

The Appearances list displays the list of visual elements with customizable options. This list can be searched using the search bar at the bottom of the list.

Settings are applied by simply closing the Property Editor and resetting by clicking the button.

Below is a list of the available settings in the Property Grid for each element in the Appearances list.

Property	Description
Back Color	Sets the background color.
Border Color	Sets the color of borders.
Font	Sets the font used for the text.
Fore Color	Sets the foreground color.
Text Horizontal Alignment	Specifies the horizontal alignment style of text, so that it is aligned with the near edge, far edge, or centered.
Text Vertical Alignment	Specifies the vertical alignment style of text, so that it is aligned with the top edge, bottom edge, or centered.
Word Wrap	Applies word wrapping to the chosen element.

Saving and loading layouts

You can save appearance settings to load into other pivot grids. To save the current appearance settings, click the Save Layout... button.

To load an appearances template, click the Load Layout... button and open the file that you wish to use. Once loaded, the settings in the Property Grid will match those of the loaded template.
